1. Subscription Options

Block Salt Subscription

(PDV Block Salt – 2 × 4kg blocks per pack)

Quantities per delivery:

• 3 packs (6 blocks)
• 6 packs (12 blocks)
• 9 packs (18 blocks)
• 12 packs (24 blocks)
• 30 packs (60 blocks)
• 60 packs (120 blocks)
• 144 packs (1 pallet – 288 blocks)

Tablet Salt Subscription

(PDV Salt Tablets – 25kg bags)

Quantities per delivery:

• 1 × 25kg
• 2 × 25kg
• 3 × 25kg
• 5 × 25kg
• 10 × 25kg
• 48 × 25kg (1 pallet)

Delivery Frequency Options

Automatic delivery every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 months.

2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 Subscription Price

Pricing varies per product and includes a 5% subscription discount.

2.2 First Payment

Your first payment is taken immediately when the subscription is created.

2.3 Recurring Payments

Payments are taken automatically on your chosen renewal date(every 1–12 months).

2.4 Failed Payments

• We will make 2 further attempts
• If unsuccessful, subscription may be paused or cancelled

3. Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed:

Courier will reattempt delivery or leave in a safe place where permitted.

4. Managing Your Subscription

• Change delivery frequency
• Update address
• Update payment method
• Pause or skip deliveries
• Cancel subscription

4.2 Cut-Off Times for Changes

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before renewal.

5. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for as long as you wish.
Paused subscriptions are not billed and no deliveries will be made until reactivated.

6. Cancellation

6.2 Cancellation Cut-Off

Must be submitted 48 hours before renewal.
Any orders already processed will still be dispatched and billed.

7. Refunds & Returns

7.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect items
• Non-delivery

Email info@halitesalts.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

7.2 Returns

We do not accept returns unless damaged or faulty.

8. Subscription Discounts

Subscription orders save 5% vs one-off purchases.
Introductory promotions may apply to the first charge only unless stated otherwise.

9. Product Availability

If a product is temporarily unavailable

• You will be notified
• You may delay your order or adjust your schedule
• A suitable alternative may be offered with your approval

10. Termination by Us

We may cancel or suspend a subscription if:

• Payments repeatedly fail
• Delivery cannot be completed
• Terms are breached
• The service is discontinued
